Royal Holloway University of London is a stunning venue nestled within 135 acres of attractive parkland. Its superb location, next to Windsor Great Park but just 19 miles from London and close to Heathrow Airport.

Officially opened in 2007, the Windsor Building comprises a 400 capacity state-of-the-art auditorium.

Registration

Please go to the Royal Holloway Conference Registration page for further information regarding registering for the conference, pre-conference workshops and accommodation queries. The Conference package includes conference fee, meals and accommodation for the main conference dates.

Selected additional nights either side of the conference can be booked through the registration process. Other nights can be booked separately through Royal Holloway Bed & Breakfast online site making a separate payment, the link can be found on the Registration site Welcome page.

Accommodation

Campus RoomsAccommodation is available at Royal Holloway which has an excellent selection of 3 and 4 star campus rated accommodation available for conference guests. Conference candidates may reserve rooms before and after the conference.


Campus FlatsFor those looking for a longer stay, self-catering rooms are also available. Situated in a quiet wooded development across a footbridge from the main campus, the flats (sleeping four) and houses (sleeping six) are ideal for larger groups.

The conference package includes conference fee, meals and accommodation. Additional accommodation Royal Holloway will handle separately and take payment separately.

There are also many hotels in nearby Windsor.
